At its heart is Hudayriyat Mar Vista Beach, a wide open stretch of sand and turquoise water perfect for sunrise jogs and unique water sports like jet surfing and eFoiling, all with the backdrop of the Hudayriyat sign.

Away from the ocean, you could tackle the towering ropes and ramps of Circuit X Adventure Park, book a court at the 321 Sports club, hit the cycling trails and maybe even level up to Trail X, the only mountain biking course in the emirate. Cool down at Surf Abu Dhabi, the world’s biggest artificial surf park, where you’ll always catch the perfect wave, or chill out at Ilios Beach Club with a cocktail in hand.

Around the food stall-lined Marsana waterfront, the pace slows just enough for you to catch your breath. A family-friendly Aqua Park and space to simply stretch out make it a favourite weekend hangout for locals. Once you arrive via the Hudayriyat Bridge near Al Bateen, you’ll find plenty of parking near popular spots like Marsana, Hudayriyat Beach and Circuit X.

For those travelling without a car, Service 73 is a convenient public transport option, and a regional first. This public bus route connects Al Reem Island and Hudayriyat Island, with stops at major landmarks across the city. Plus, it includes dedicated space for passengers to bring bicycles on board.
